Tuve una mala experiencia con una tienda de su mismo propietario en la misma zona ... La verdad es muy triste q ellos te vendan sin ningún soporte....por su parte ya q son dealers independientes y su manager dice q no hace reembolsos ... Y q después de q compras con ellos ya no son responsables...y toman tu dispositivo y le hacen pruebas....un poco salidas de la realidad y su conclusión es q el teléfono es bueno... cuando en costumer service de la compañía verizone te dicen q debes acercarte a la tienda q compraste y presionarlos para q ellos cumplan con la política de reembolso...pero q ellos desde su call center no estan autorizados a interceder
