Or that's what they say anyways. THE REPRESENTATIVE HERE LIED TO MY FACE THINKING I HAD NO COMMON SENSE. There is no way customer service is going to make them wait on hold for hours like they do regular people. Get real, do your job. And I would have left a good review ..DO NOT GET TOTAL WIRELESS, And they are the same as simple mobile. Any mobile prepaid for Walmart? That's what this is period

Pague con mi tarjeta y no me generan ninguna factura...el mismo día q salí ya el teléfono presentaba fallas ...llame a verizone y ellos no me pudieron dar solucion desde soporte hicieron todas las actualizaciones para finalmente decirme q tenia q acercarme a esta tienda y hacer presión para q ellos me resolvieran por q aun estaba en los 8 dias de la compra. ya q estas tiendas son dealers independientes y son ellos mismos quienes asumen la garantía... Fui en reiteradas ocasiones y su respuesta siempre fue negativa...y q no me iban a hacer un reembolso....q para ellos el teléfono estaba bien ... No la recomiendo ya q ellos no están en la capacidad de asumir una reclamacion y verizone tampoco se hace responsable de la misma.... La única forma en la q puedes ejercer tu derecho de inconformidad es cuando compras directamente en la página de verizone o una tienda oficial de la misma ....estos dealers su negocio es vender ...si el producto te sale defectuoso o no ya no es problema de ellos.... Hablé con el manager ....sus empleados y hasta con la mujer que me atendió el día de la compra ...y ninguno tuvo la amabilidad como el día q fui a comprar... No tengo tiempo para estar llamando o llendo a la tienda por algo en lo cual otras compañías no te ponen en tanto trabajo....quiero mi dinero de vuelta.....cumplan con su política y sean responsables con los consumidores .....viernes 30 de agosto 2024....es enserio? Me responden con una página q no sirve....es tan difícil hacer la gestión para comunicarse directamente conmigo...tengo q seguir buscando una solución a algo q como usuario no tengo por q!
