If I could give zero I would. People aren’t lying about this place it is absolutely awful. Took my dog in because he broke his tail. We waited 3.5 hours for the rude front desk lady(angel) to tell us it would be another 7-10 hours before we were seen. I understand we take a back seat to emergency’s but 10-13 hours before seeing a vet is crazy. My boy was in so much pain and they did absolutely nothing for him. Waiting 10-13 hours my vet would be open at that point. What’s the point of a 24 hour vet hospital if they don’t see you or help.

I have been reluctant to post anything about my experience with Oso Creek Emer clinic/hospital, but after almost losing my precious Sassy, I cannot remain silent. After total of $3200, only spoke to 1 vet twice (once only by phone), I cannot recommend the services. Agreed, they did get her through the night administering Oxygen for several hours, but the recommendation they suggested after their testing and Xrays, was wrong, and when I went to pick her up the next day, I never got to talk to the vet, just a tech fetched he and brought her out to crowded waiting room with a sack of meds, and that was it... No follow-up from anyone. After a few weeks of meds and no significant improvement, my local vet ran another xray, and additional blood tests. When he saw the second xray, he said the diagnosed bronchitis/heart anamoly was just a symptom, not the actual problem. She tested positive thru Xrays, blood and urine tests for Blastomycosis (a mostly fatal fungal lung infection). She is now on correct medication and showing improvement. If your fur-baby is having respiratory issues, unexplained open lesions, sores on paws, or eye ulcers - please demand testing for Blasto. I want to believe that the clinic vets did not consider blasto as a possibility because it is not widely known issue in this area.

I know this place has mixed reviews, but I can only speak from my experience, and it was a good one. I came in scared and stressed because my dog was sick, and the staff showed real care and compassion for my baby. They treated her with kindness, explained things clearly, and worked with me to make the visit as affordable as possible, which meant more to me than they know. Emergency clinics are not cheap, but emergency clinics can save your pet’s life. That’s the reality. And in a moment when you’re overwhelmed, having a team that actually cares makes all the difference. Dr. Haller was amazing, patient, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and my dog was treated like more than “just another case.” Thankful for the care we received and for a team that showed empathy during a stressful time. I would absolutely recommend them if you ever find yourself needing emergency care for your fur baby.

We brought in our little angel for bladder stones but came out worse with seizures.. took her multiple times over the last few days.. and they kept making guess about the causes and prescribed meds with high risk of seizures but kept telling us that they weren't the causes of them.. on top of that this company is completely money hungry the could careless that we were grieving about the loss of our little angel.. they started discussing prices on medical and had rhe nerve to ask us and to tell us prices on cemarion.. on top of everything else the complete insensitivity.of the girl at zhe front desk when she was asked what room she was in the girl stated of the little chihuahua thats going to be put down.. how disrectful for her to say that to us... I swear id yiu want the best care go to a differebt place. This place cares nithing about your pet just sees dollars signs...

I went to 2 other clinics before I went here for my 8 week old shih tzu. The other 2 clinics were appointment only and I was in dire need for a vet. It was an emergency my puppy was lethargic. My 4 year old daughter snuck into her play pen and was squeezing our puppy cuddling her by her neck. So I rushed her into VCA and they were quick to help. They took her to triage and I waited for about 15 mins before they called me into the back. The nurse came in I told her what happened. I understand the judgement about letting children play with puppies but like I said she snuck into the play pen. Then the vet (Ms. Garcia) comes in and tells me I have 3 options. 1.) you can send her to the hospital which is pretty costly. 2.) we can euthanize her. 3.) you can take her home. As Ms. Garcia was telling me this she hands me a tissue box and deeply encourages me to euthanize my puppy. Of course I chose to take her home because her neck wasn’t broken she was just acting lethargic. The vet leaves and comes back in and says we have a 4th option, you can forfeit all your rights we give her to another lady for 24 hours and if the puppy survives the lady keeps her. I was flabbergasted. I told her I’ll just take her home please bring me my dog. She brings me Stella and I proceeded to checkout. They charged me $250 for the visit. Please see attached photos. My puppy is doing fantastic she just needed rest. She was back to herself that day. It’s been a week later and she’s still doing great. Could you imagine if I took Dr. Garcia’s advice and euthanized her?! I basically paid $250 for them to tell me there is nothing we can do other than euthanize her or you give her up. I don’t recommend VCA and I will not be going back.
