  The manager was unhelpful in porting my number over to my new iPhone. This company is literally the Frontier Airlines of phone carriers in customer service, products and data. The low monthly rate is not worth having no access to phone service or potentially emergency services for hours trying to port numbers over. Don’t fall for it!

  UPDATE: I went to the store in Four Bluff and the lady that was there asked me about my day I told her what happened she she she would tell her boss about my experience. I went there at 11:15 am in June 15, 2020. There was two store hours on the door on at 10 am and one said 11. So I tried opening the door and it wasn’t opened. Some lady pulled up unlocked the door and said the didn’t open till 12:30. I said well there are two different hours in the door. Maybe you should update them. She didn’t say anything and went inside. I said I’ll go the cricket in the Flour Bluff on my way to work. She rolled here eyes and locked the door. I Will not be coming back to this store.
