  Horrible customer service. Will never come back. Angie was rude and kept trying to get me to get a new line instead of upgrade.

  This morning I came to the cricket at Ayers met with Angelina as a sales rep she was able to help clean up my phone and show me some new features I didn't know about. And because of her I'll be coming back.

  called not even a hour ahead and asked if they had a certain phone in stock. (she assured me and said she had many) went into the store not even 30min later, waited for 45min before someone could help me. (a worker came out the back out of nowhere) worker asked me if i was paying a bill when i said i was going to buy a new phone. she asked the phone and i said the model name. she went to the back to check and came back and asked again if i was paying a bill??? i stated that i wanted to buy a new phone. she goes to the back again and then tells me that she doesn’t have that phone model in stock and tries to sell me a more expensive one instead. i told her i called and was told that there was many in stock? she says they must have sold out of all of them before i got there. There was two customers and were getting different phone models instead of me. You expect me to believe that i called an hour ahead, waited 45min, and then say you sold out within that time frame? a 15-20min time frame? Girl bffr. Worst service ever.
