The general manager was so rude to me and my dad. I told her I wanted to switch my dad's phone over to cricket and this lady ignored me. Then my dad told her the same thing. She started whisper on purpose so my dad couldn't here her. I told her he couldn't hear her. She started getting aggressive saying the only plan my dad could choose was the $60 plan and nothing else. I told her the only plan my dad wanted was the $55 plan because he's on a fixed income. She just kept being rude stating we can only get the $60 plan over and over again. We left since she was being unnecessary rude. I've have two bad incidents with this cricket. Instead of changing my dad's provider to cricket I'm just gonna change it to Metro since they were actually nice to my 67-year-old dad.
