It was so I took the phone in because it wouldn't take a charge. The dude behind the counter blew out the charger socket, and it worked fine afterwards. Bought one phone there, and just picked up a free phone from their employee Austin.

I switched to cricket because it was affordable and they have different plans for everyone. I was tired of paying too much. They even helped me get a new phone and transferred all my stuff over. I would highly recommend this store. These girls deserve more than 5 stars for sure! 🙂 Y abla espanol !
- ABAndrew BrendelNov 12, 20171.0Rip offs. they sold a family member who isn't tech savvy an 8GB SD card for $30.00. when I found out the price and told him to go get his money back literally 5 minutes after he purchased it, the clerk refused and told him to leave the store. The real shady part is the clerk didn't even put the SD card on the receipt which leads me to believe she pocketed the cash from the SD card. What a cheat and what a horrible company.
