It was so I took the phone in because it wouldn't take a charge. The dude behind the counter blew out the charger socket, and it worked fine afterwards. Bought one phone there, and just picked up a free phone from their employee Austin.

First, this company does not send you notifications for user agreement updates. When I called customer service, the representative who sounded like he’s working from a call center somewhere in Asia blamed me for not reading the user agreement. When I asked him where I can find the updated one, he said to google the main cricket website. He blamed me for not looking into the policy through the user agreement about unlocking the iPhone that I purchased from them, paid in full at a regular price but had to wait six months before I can unlock it to switch to another company. Worst, customer service that I have received. Because the service is prepaid, I cannot get a refund or a credit for services that I am not using. I had to explain this to T-mobile who gladly credited me for three lines that cannot be activated because of locked iPhones. Beware of Cricket if you want better phone service and better treatment as a paying customer!!!!!
