    Danielle, Blake & Elycia at the 242 location, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable guiding us on an extensive visit merging our accounts and upgrading phones. It was a refreshing experience having customer service during the holidays at its finest with their patience, genuine communication at a professional level.     Justin was patient and very helpful. He made my husband and my visit to this store easy. We accomplished exactly what we arrived to do and left happy. Our time in store was reasonable and the store was easy to access.

    The young man with long hair working on 10/1/25 would not help me but helped everyone else who walked in. I came in to get help on my 16 pro max. The silence button stopped working and my phone was under warranty/insurance. The employee didn’t even get up and gave me a card and told me to go to a website. He would barely speak to me and didn’t even bother looking up my number to see if I had warranty or insurance. Another customer came in and the employee gladly helped that customer and looked up his number to see if he had warranty. The employee was rude and would barely speak and look at me. Luckily I called Verizon’s customer service and they were very helpful.
