I really had doubts about trading in my phone for a newer model since all my Aps, photos, and contacts were so vital to my everyday life. I was told that there would not be any interruptions. There were no porting issues whatsoever. All my banking and work related data was moved over. Farina was so helpful. I personally had an excellent experience.

On July 3rd, I came into this Verizon store and worked with Ferina to trade in my iPad and Apple Watch for a $300 bill credit. I wasn’t buying anything new, just trading in my old devices. I factory reset (and removed Find My iPhone) and submitted them at the time of the trade.
It’s now late October, and I still haven’t received my credit. I’ve been back to the store twice to explain the situation, and both times I was told that a manager wasn’t there but would contact me. No one ever has.
I’ve been patient and polite each time, but this has dragged on for months with no resolution or follow-up. Really disappointing customer service. I can only assume the devices were stolen by an employee and the store is too disorganized to look into it.
