Our business recently had to purchase 12 new iPads, and they went above and beyond anything I could imagine. They not only activated them but also applied all 12 screen protectors and cases without a second thought. Everyone is friendly and welcoming the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend this store for all things Verizon related!

I had needed a new phone and was on the next up plan that ment I could upgrade my phone and trade in my old phone, with some fees and additional details of course. The first I went in I got the trade-in initiated and was advised to ship the phone to my apartment complex. About three weeks later the phone had been sent back because they can’t deliver to apartment complexes because they need a signature. I came back into Verizon very frustrated and this time Kehan was there to help me. Kehan had such an amazing attitude that despite a very frustrating situation, I felt reassured and prioritized to the point I didn't dread having to take care of the problem. He is a very genuine and positive man that I honestly only ever want to work with him moving forward. Very much a worker who deserves a raise. He knows the ins and outs of the whole process and can guide you through it while also handling the other elements that prevent y'all from fixing the issue (they didn’t scan the returned phone back into their inventory so I hadn’t gotten a refund and was unable to order the replacement again). Kehan tried a few times and when it was clear it wasn’t going to be solve that day, he made a plan of action so that we could figure it out. He called me when it was ready. I came in and it was taken care of right then and there. He turned a frustrating situation into a problem of the past and even kind of enjoyable. One of the only reasons I'm still with Verizon.
