- DPDavid PDec 16, 20251.0This is an "Authorized Dealer", not Verizon and it does NOT deliver on its promises! The gentleman (sic!) promised I'd pay $4 more per month than I paid before taking advantage of a recent trade-in promotion; that I'd have exactly the same add-ons as before; and that I'd have even more plan features than before. BS! He then switched my long-standing Verizon plan to one costing $15 more a month PLUS taxes, plus fees. In total I'd be paying more than $20 a month more! I complained to actual Verizon and after 3:28 on hold and on the phone with 4 separate agents I got exactly what was promised and an even a better trade-in value for my old phone. DUMP the DEALERS and go straight to Verizon owned stores! PS: I also watched someone sell accessories to another couple who thought a 2-pack 15W "fast charger" for $50 was a great deal. Amazon has a charger 2-pack 3x faster for $29 dollars. And the phone cases... Anyone giving this place 5 stars probably just doesn't realize how badly they've been duped.
