I took my dad to the Burleson store and Christian helped us with the whole process. My dad had an old phone with a home button so moving up to the iPhone 17 required some instructions. Christian was ultimately patient and helpful. I highly recommend him. Another elderly couple were in the store at the same time; and Christian was just as helpful to them. I was ultimately impressed. He also let me call my sister so she could pay on her credit card. He handled every obstacle with expertise and kindness. Many thumbs up.
