Tatyana was very professional and polite.
However, smart switch was being used to transfer files from my old phone to the new phone. During the process, she said it was okay to factory reset the old phone which was done. Saying the files that were transferring would continue to download when I got home on my home WIFi. However, I waited until the next morning and none of my apps, none of my contacts, none of my text threats and four years of family photos didn't download and were gone forever. What started off as a great experience in the store ended up not being a good experience in the end. The manager said he would give me a credit, which I appreciated but now I have to backtrack and download all the apps and figure out the contacts I'm missing

my phone was not charging bc of getting dirt and lint from my pocket. I came in expecting to have to buy a new phone. Thankfully Paola was kind enough to spend several minutes cleaning out my phone and then recommended a case that will protect my phone from this happening! thank you!

If you need help from a Verizon store with your phone or any issue, don’t come here.My iPhone 16 wouldn’t charge or stay on. It’s Less than a year old so that was odd to me . I went in to see if they could help me or what steps I could take if maybe I could upgrade my phone if need be. I didn’t get the workers name so that’s unfortunate but she didn’t know much and kept going to another associate to answer any question I asked her, which was annoying but it’s fine .
She gave me four options
1. Pay off the balance of the phone which was about 600 dollars . No thanks
2. Add another phone line and pay for just for both phones but only have one line, does that make sense? Ya ,didn’t to me either
3. Go to a phone repair shop and have them fix it ( excuse me.. what? )
4. Shop around carriers since Verizon wasn’t willing to help per this store.
I went to T-Mobile since I was in tears not being helped . I have 2 small babies. I need a phone for mostly safety reasons . T mobile said if your phone is less than a year old ( which I repeated to Verizon store over and over again )you can go to the apple and they’ll replace your phone since it’s within the year apple warranty and he wasn’t sure why Verizon didn’t tell me that since it’s what they tell there customers .
I went to apple and they replaced my phone in under 30 mins .
In conclusion of this I really want to switch plans completely out of Verizon cause they seriously didn’t care to help or listen. Really disappointed with all the time was wasted .

This place was better to me in 1 hour than most other places have ever been to anyone you know.
Getting a new phone, service, info, or anything is difficult and laden with landmines. I have gone and had went to today, multiple places today for a phone even after research online. People told me lies. That was all I needed to hear.
I walked into this Verizon store with measured expectation. However, Tatyana greeted me quickly and warmly. She knew her stuff, and what she didn’t know, Cheryl (manager) was right there to assist. I only once had to pull out my research to add to the conversation. Tatyana and Cheryl did the rest. Tatyana was personable while still professional, and we even talked about our daughters! While Cheryl was over on the sidelines looking like she was negotiating an NFL contract for me to get a great deal on my phone. I expected disaster, and I was met with people that I would go back to without question again.
One thing to note: The accessories are not actually that terrible in price now! If you go to other major brands, the chargers and cases and whatnot are all crazy overpriced. With a little guidance from Cheryl and Tatyana, I got a 45w charger for only a couple bucks more than a 20w charger. Lastly, Verizon as a company does have some high prices for service, but if you break down the pricing, quality, and free/discounted items… it’s basically a wash if you are not trading in the last model phone.
I cannot wait to spread the word of these two and this store. I am sure this sounds fake, but true customer service is not a guarantee anymore, even in the South. I will be talking about this visit for a while.
