- DDDaisySep 6, 20231.0It used to be so easy doing business with Cricket but now it is difficult and down right stupid. Now you can't have a family member run in for you and pay your bill. It has to be the account holder and they best have their ID on them. You can't go in and upgrade your phone without the account holder there with their ID. It was easier dealing with Net10 than having to do this. I think if the person knows the pin number that should be it. Seriously stupid choice Cricket.
