The Day Care and Boarding at VCA Mercedes Place offers luxury, state of the art facilities providing pampered boarding for your pets. Accommodations include large indoor runs, dedicated cleaning and ventilation systems, and non-slip flooring. Dogs are walked four to six times a day in our spacious and landscaped yard. Cats are housed in a separate area, away from barking dogs, to reduce stress. Our sunny cattery features spacious condos that include separate areas for relaxing, eating and play. We provide comfortable bedding, immaculate housekeeping and two meals daily. Our guests receive daily exercise, brushing, love, and attention. Our expert groomer with over numerous years of experience will make your pet feel great and pampered.

- MMMegan5 days ago1.0Zero stars is more appropriate. We were a VCA Saginaw member for many years. THEY were amazing. We moved so we needed to go to the next closest one. There’s a significant difference between the two. It’s also weird that they don’t communicate across locations. Dr. Dillon seems too overwhelmed and distracted in any call I was on with her. It sounds like she’s even unsure of herself. After understanding that she wasn’t even looking at my pets file while on the phone with me to know their current prescriptions and how they interact with the ones she was recommending (I had to specifically list the other medications and then she changed her recommendation) to treat a significant matter. I don’t trust this location and will seek treatment for my 4 pets elsewhere.

The front desk is incompetent, if you know a Vet will not be or will be late why not call the client? It’s disrespectful of people’s time, especially when you take time off from work for a schedule appointment. The women have horrible customer service skills; they either are curt and mean or the ridiculous bubbly attitude of I just don’t care. I am so done and it’s unfortunate because the Veterinarians and the Vet assistants have been wonderful.
