Then at 10:15am, someone pulls up and scurries inside without a word to me. I wait to let the employee get set up and turn the lights on and so forth, the door is unlocked but I am patient. I wait a few minutes and poke my head in, and ask, "are you open" and the employee says "no, not yet. You can go to another location if you would like. It will be at minimum 15 more minutes before we open" Management, please help these people.
