    Ordered online for pick up. The only person not helping customers can’t open the safe and a 30 minute wait time to pick up. The whole reason for ordering online for pick up is for the convenience of not having to wait in store. Hire more people or give all employees access to the pick up orders.

    Thasina was there and actually took a bullet for me while I was fighting 80 ninjas that showed up while trying to fix my phone. And I didnt have to pay extra for that either.

    First the girl didn’t initially greet me had on green beats headphones while behind the counter and multiple face piercings. Then said I had interesting name I said what she said Nathalie… Nathalie is not my name or remotely close to it. Then with out looking at my phone told me it would be 0.00 for my trade i asked why she said because my screen was cracked I had a screen protector on my phone was on perfect condition she would have known that had she actually looked at my phone. She the said oh yea you can get a credit. Then she asked for my phone number still pulled up the wrong account. That was 3 strikes I’ve been a Verizon customer over 10 years and was not impressed with the customer service ended up walking out.
