Counted 6 employees, most are in the back talking. Only one employee is helping someone.
Came in with one person ahead of me and still waiting on someone to help me. Don’t come to this location. It’s a waste of time. It’s Tuesday at 2:30 which be a slow time, but seems like no one wants to help anyone.

This company is awful. Shipped a phone to me, it never got delivered. Shipped another phone to me, it never got delivered. Went to this store, they said they can't do anything. Charged me over $200 for 2 different phones I never got. I will be ending my service with them now. Appalling

Absolutely disgusted with this specific location. They refused to sale me a phone because my drivers license broken at the top. I went to I-10 location where I originally opened my account and sold me the phone without hesitation. I told the young man the location had no problem opening my account for 3 lines 3 of the newest phones and he told me oh maybe they were just trying to help you. So this location just refused to help me clearly or sale me a phone even while asking for managers approval, the answer was still no. He asked for my passport??? Clearly im not traveling, why would I randomly carry my passport. To recive permission they have to text you and through the app for approval and drivers license is just to verify your address. I felt discriminated against just because I have tattoos they didn't even bother to literally look at my account. Shame on this location when I transferred 4 months ago from another carrier that I had been with for years. I know its not the company as a whole but this left a bad taste in my mouth.
