She handled an issue I have been having for 2 years that no one else was able to solve. She helped us get a new phone, plan, and perks. She also helped me get a case, screen protector, and camera protector. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to solve every one of our issues. She sat there for 3 hours with us and we left very satisfied. highly would recommend coming to the baytown location and asking for Opal!
