You're in the service industry and some seem to forget that. Much!! Better to travel to the Cricket in Presidio TX where the ladies there treat you 100x better!! If anyone is needing a new phone or even in need of a question about cell phones please bypass this terrible store and make the drive to Presidio 😤😤😤 P.S if I could give zero stars I would.... 1 star is being generous 😇
- TKTom KAug 15, 20231.0Stopped in for the first time and bought a case for a new iPhone 14 along with a package of screen protectors. Girl behind the counter was very nice. After getting home I found out I had grabbed 2 phone cases instead of a box of screen protectors. So 10 minutes later I bring back the extra phone case I purchased to return it and get the screen protectors instead and was told there are no returns on accessories. The girl behind the counter texts the owner and is told nope, no returns or exchanges. No where visible in the store does it say that, not told that when I am making the purchase and the only place it states that is the fine print at the bottom of the 12” long receipt … after you have already made the purchase. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
