She's very knowledgeable and get things done. After being on the phone with customer service for 7 hours that's not a lie or an exaggeration and going to another location with zero assistance Miss April did everything in her power to get my situation taken care of and then even made it better. Helping me get my phone turned on phone number shifted over my bill reduced a credit on my account. I was an AT&T customer for 15 years I got tired of the BS and switched over to Verizon and I was almost ready to back out of Verizon after going through a bunch of BS to try to get my stuff situated. But Miss April turned everything around I will never do business with anybody in Verizon outside of her. She deserves to raise and a bonus Verizon if any of you higher-ups are going to read this message I promise you you will not find a better employee. That takes care of her customers. I have told other people that I know that this is the the store to go to. Miss April if you read this review thank you very much and you are greatly appreciated
