    The management at this location should find jobs elsewhere. To tell my wife “maybe you should upgrade your phone on a day that doesn’t interfere with your children’s Dollywood trip” is appalling. Kip (assistant manager) is a poor excuse for an employee. It’s not their business when we upgraded a phone in the past 3.5 years. It’s not their business that this was the ONLY day that aligned with our schedules. To take 6+ hours for the upgrade is Verizon’s fault, not ours. Kip also told Jacob (he was very nice!) that “it’s a $1200-1300 phone and we will do all necessary to not return the device.” When we asked Kip to swap for another device, they stated there were no more. My son even commented on how rude she was. My wife returned the new phone that was NEVER activated and was charged a $50 restocking fee. I returned the next day and magically they had a “new delivery”. Mind you this was a Sunday morning so we were clearly lied to the day before. I purchased her another new phone which was activated and have had no issues since. I would never return here unless Jacob was in charge. He should replace Kip as AM since he was empathetic, knowledge and kind. Kip turned this whole experience into some sick game, which ruined hours of our day and family time. I can guarantee this is a common occurrence as she found it almost comical. Kip should be embarrassed by their behavior.

    Peter, the manager was amazing. 8 people ahead of me and thought I would be there hours+. He swapped my complicated 2 line phone in 10 minutes when other staff and managers spent hours without success on prior attempts with same phone. Awesome manager with Peter and a great experience!!

    I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Derek! He was super down to earth, patient, and made the whole process of setting up my new phone so easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left feeling confident with my new device. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, but Derek was exactly that. If you’re going to Verizon, definitely ask for him. He made what could’ve been a stressful process actually enjoyable!

    0 stars if I could. We arrived and waited patiently to have an our apple watch we bought yesterday at another store to be connected because the other store paired it incorrectly. We were told to call support. We worked on it in with support in the parking lot for two hours….to be told the issue had to re resolved in store. We go wait back in store to be told that they could fix the issue..but now we have to wait an hour because when they paired it to the wrong phone, apple now has a security measure that makes them wait an hour before they can do anything. Two hours was long enough after being told first that they could not handle the issue and it would have been resolved if they had done their job in the first place upon first entering the store. If you need to buy a product, they are probably fine but if you need help, don’t expect anything from them. Their customer service is subpar to say the least. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

    Unfortunately, I departed from Verizon after being a customer with them for many years due to me moving to a more remote location. That service was not strong in and they could not seem to find a resolution, so I have switched fitting closing of my Verizon account and switching to another carrier. I have to give a shout out to Levi who works at the Sevierville Verizon location who has been there for me for every question I’ve ever had any assistance I ever needed with the answers. I was seeking pleasant professional and just wonderful to work with a good individual altogether wanted to make sure that he got credit for that because Well you just don’t find Associates like that every day so kudos to you Levi and thank you so much for all of your help. You are definitely a great asset to the Sevierville Verizon location in the company. Overall, I wish you the best! I truly am gonna miss being a Verizon customer, though…
