the internet and data for version is horrible I called the company back in October service still horrible got new iPhone 17 they told me to upgrade did so same crap so stay away from Verizon they worked great for 8 years not crap

Never knew you could go to Verizon Wireless to get phones, services, accessories and roaches………. Was waiting for assistance and looking at things.. happen to see this and jumped back. Crawling all over everything. Not to mention I kept getting the run around. One employee telling me one thing and another telling me something else… maybe I should’ve asked that roach and probably would’ve gotten all the correct answers… However, I will say Pete, Peter or whatever his name is was very informative and helped out alot!

Shaun needs to find a better job because apparently he is miserable here with this one. Other employees give false info and BS people into what they want them to do as well.
My fiancé came 2 days ago and set up a new account with lines for my daughter and myself. Apparently he was talked into a business account because they told him it was a better choice. I was at work so he bought home the phones. Never opened, never activated. Still sealed in the box. He had told them he would bring me back Sunday (my only day off) to port the number over. We get in right at 11 am opening, 2nd customer of the day. Straight off, Shaun had a bad attitude. He acted like he was lost. When my fiancé told him that he was told to come back today, Shaun basically called him a liar. Told him they only handle business accounts Monday - Friday and no one would have told him it was okay to come in Sunday. I told him I couldn't come back Monday, as I was here on my day off. He acted as if he was annoyed with even having to help us. He told us to call my old provider to provide the information needed to port and walked away. We called and got the info, then proceeded to wait and wait while Shaun helped other customers. He returned to us an hour later at 12 noon and said we had to be put in queue again because he had a appointment and he couldn't help us. At this point, there's a long line and Shaun is still stating he cant help us with this issue. Useless. We left and did it ourselves. Shaun needs to be back on the unemployment list with that attitude and customer service. Horrible
