As I was doing so the young boy who got me signed up with the new plan also stated that if I traded my old phone in with the set up of a new plan it would be free today. We’ll fast forward to this previous Tuesday. Tabitha from cellular sales at the Verizon store messaged me trying to see how I was liking the plan so far. I informed her of the shady business tactics that was being used and how I felt like the young boy was just saying whatever to get a sale. She has yet to respond to my concerns nor do I believe she will. 10/10 do not recommend going to the Newport Verizon store.
