First of the customer service in general with cooperate was very overwhelming resulting in me awaiting for several days to finish the transaction. First off I felt completely felt ridiculed to the extend of feeling I was discriminated against. After several failed attempts to reach a conclusion there were only four individuals who truly went far beyond their job titles to ensure I was satisfied. The first was Peter from the actual customer service number and he was great! Peter remained on the phone for with me to resolve the reoccurring issue that took four hours to complete entirely. The next three were from the 2817 location, Devontae, Ebony and Will. During this time Ebony and Will helped to ensure that I was physically and mentally ok and remained with me during the four hour duration of my stay. But last but definitely not least, was Devontae, this dude was awesome. Words can’t describe how patient he was with me. He transitioned back and forth between other customers and I as they came in to the store. Both Devontae and Ebony stayed with me after closing hours to ensure if they could help me. This experience was absolutely great and I don’t plan to work with any other supplier. 1,000,000 Star Rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
