No “hello”, no “we’ll be with you next”, nothing. Two other customers behind us left before we did. No employees acknowledged them in any way whatsoever either. I get that they’re helping other people but to not finish with any of the customers they’re helping in an hour’s time while literally completely ignoring every other customer that walks in the door is just plain terrible customer service. PS: This is not an actual Verizon store- just an authorized retailer. I probably wouldn’t have come here in the first place if I had realized that. Make an appointment if you absolutely must go to this location, but there are several other actual Verizon stores within a couple of miles, we found the one on 8th Ave to be much more efficient and friendly.
