She repeated these claims directly to me and another family member. We later learned this was not true. She also claimed my dad’s old iphone had SIM card issues and needed replacement. Another Verizon employee, William, fixed the old phone immediately, proving the sale was unnecessary. We were then forced to pay $90 just to exit the deal. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. Verizon should review this location’s sales practices and hold employees accountable. Customers should not have to pay to escape misleading information.
