On top of that, he’s got a great personality - super easy to talk to and just an all-around good guy to have helping you out.

Left a bad review and the ceo had the regional manager call me personally to fix the issue. That is great customer service. You dont see that much anymore these days with companies and I was very impressed.

The rain pushed back his schedule, when he arrived he worked in the rain. He so covers multiple breaks in the line and the transmitter was “cooked” due to lighting strikes. He successfully fixed the system and did so cleanly and effectively.

We discovered that our system had a break in it, but we didn’t know the location, so couldn’t repair it ourselves. I called the I F office and they were able to get someone out to repair it the next day, which is great customer service. Tom was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. We couldn’t be happier with this level of service and the reliability of the system. We highly recommend Invisible Fence of Middle Tennessee.
