We did an install, had to make a couple of changes, and the guys took care of us with patience and grace. We loved it so much, we have already added a second dog to the system! Left a bad review and the ceo had the regional manager call me personally to fix the issue. That is great customer service. You dont see that much anymore these days with companies and I was very impressed.

The rain pushed back his schedule, when he arrived he worked in the rain. He so covers multiple breaks in the line and the transmitter was “cooked” due to lighting strikes. He successfully fixed the system and did so cleanly and effectively.
