Warning, do not trust this store!!!
Today I went into this location for a new phone and while I was there i was told that we could save some money on our phone plan. Supposedly i was going to see a $49 decrease in my monthly bill. The whole interaction was odd, we weren’t given details as to how we would save money, just told that we had an old plan and needed the new plan.
When I got home I decided to look at my billing info in detail to see what exactly Mari did and to my surprise my bill was now $40 more a month! Long story short, He opened a third line on my account with a new phone number, added a hot spot, subscribed us for Apple Music (which Mari said was free with the new phone) and added verizon care all without my consent.
I was able to call Verizon directly and have all of this corrected but I would not have even known any of this was done to my account if i didn’t look at my billing info very closely when i got home.
Honestly this whole interaction felt like a scam.

Mari at Verizon was absolutely outstanding. He helped me, my partner, and our son upgrade our phones and seamlessly get our son back onto our plan, making what could have been a complicated process feel easy and stress-free. Mari was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our options so we felt confident in every decision. He never rushed us and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was set up correctly. On top of that, the vibe at this location was amazing, welcoming, positive, and professional. This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Verizon is lucky to have Mari!

BRAVO to your exceptional team member, Felicia! I cannot say enough about this devoted, patient and extremely knowledgeable employee. I have had one aggravating problem after the other with your corporate office - it was Felicia who stepped in and handled the absurd issues I was experiencing - even on her day off! She calmly took care of an ongoing aggravating situation with the utmost professionalism - even following up and having to jump back in and handle (yet again with corporate) on her day off! This morning - she followed up with me yet again just to make certain everything was working/ok!

They canceled my trade in without question and basically said I have to call Verizon and I’m at a Verizon store. Wouldn’t be doing this review if the manager JT didn't basically called me a dumbass and can’t read emails. So a simple drop off to the store turned into me on the phone for an hour. Thanks Verizon. I was instructed to bring it to the store…and he canceled it. So now I have to double check to be sure this is reversed. Then the man telling them employees he was right and he was absolutely wrong. They should be fired.
