This is not just overbilling, it’s predatory. I will be posting screenshots from the Verizon Business app proving these outrageous withdrawals. To make matters worse, every time I call customer service, they act like they’ll transfer me or put me on a brief hold, then deliberately hang up. This has happened over six times. No accountability, no resolution – just stall tactics and stonewalling. This location’s business model is built on false promises, unethical contracts, and financial exploitation. If you value your money and sanity, do not trust a single word from this store.
