    The manager Sarah was so great and Courtney helping us get my AT&T phone number set up to My Verizon number AT&T was terrible and so difficult to work with.

    I upgraded my phone today with Josh. The experience was outstanding. Josh made sure every detail was perfect. He knew how to fix every potential issue in the process. Josh was even able to assist multiple customers simultaneously to reduce wait times, and his personality kept everyone super happy. As the transaction continued I completely trusted Josh. Next time I need to complete any cell phone transaction, I am going to see Josh.
