It’s not the store itself, it’s the company in general! Paying for an iPad and 1 phone $300!!! What the heck!!! Let’s not forget the service is so crappy!!! Every single day I have to restart my phone 4 or 5 times because it’s going slow, not sending messages, calls not going through! 5G becomes no G! No service! Phone goes in SOS mode FOR NO REASON DAILY!!!! My bill isn’t due until Jan 10!!!! So no reason my phone should be like this nor should my service be slow or going in and out! Esp with paying for the fastest and unlimited!!!!! At this point, I’m paying almost the same as AT&T and they have better service! Highly suggest switching! Heck even Xfinity has better service AND prices!!!! For 2 phones AND a iPad with the same service, unlimited and the fastest! I would be paying $80!!!!!! A month!!!!! Verizon need to get better! Smh!

The agents at this location consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, creating a welcoming environment upon entry. I have frequented this store multiple times this year. My mother, a senior citizen with hearing impairment and early-stage dementia, requires additional patience and understanding. Each visit, the agents exhibit remarkable patience with both of us, recognizing the challenges I face in assisting her. I would like to specifically commend Paul. I met Paul for the first time yesterday, and he provided us with a renewed sense of optimism regarding the resolution of my mother's issues. He efficiently located her device payment records and successfully scheduled a customer care callback for her. My mother subsequently received the call from customer care and expressed great satisfaction, which has significantly restored her confidence in Verizon. As a retired Verizon employee, I have always valued exceptional customer service, and Paul's performance exemplifies this standard. Excellent work, Paul.

The Mgr by the name of “ D” from the minuted i walked in treated me with hostility and was belligerently. I said to him
I respect you and you need to respect me Back
He kept on pointing his index finger toward me and when i was talking to another respected true lady and he overheard the coversation criticizing the Verizon service he pointed his finger toward me and told me to leave and dont criticize my company and he start calling police and i left.i have been verizon customer for close to decade and the supervisor need to explain to me why he treated me that way.
i wait for his reponse then i move to different level.
i am usa citizen and iranian heritage . i immigrated to usa close to 1/2 of century ago and i also have 5 iphone with as many line. He is anther Bad apple
i hsvr enough true friend in verizon company who they are real professional and always helpfull and i have left them 5 star reviews. I definitely deserve better treatment .He was in a fighting mood in the end i left because i didn’t want to stoop down to his level. please look at the camera. it happens tonight between 5 pm to approximately 6:pm more and less.I never ever go back to this store and i am still intimidated by him. I have great reputation among berizon company employees with enough people to testify how i treat the other employees. I definitely need support from verizon company before i go to different level. This Man could be mentally disturbed .

Recently my husband and I decided to transfer all of our phone lines to Verizon. I owed on 2 from ATT and was at the store transferring my husbands phone and Kalon was AMAZING! He went above and beyond for us. He helped me get figured out what the dealers in Walmart had screwed up. I’ve seen him a few times over the last week and even talked to him on the phone to figure out issues I had moving some of the lines. He always has a positive attitude and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I will def be back to see him.

I went to this store, just looking to maybe upgrade. Decided to upgrade my phone and a second line for $10 for my mom. They completely did my purchase incomplete, tried to refund it and it got worse. I was there past closing time. The manager did try to get me several discounts and got with customer service to refund my money. This was the beginning of October. Moving forward I went back a week later and no refund posted to my checking account. They again talked with customer service and was told 10 business days. Well again went back to complain and customer service told me it wasn't 10 days yet. Now it's the last week of October and still no refund of $100 back in my account. Customer service sucks. I won't ever see this refund, but they got there monthly payment. I am strongly considering going to another provider and drop verizon for good. I would not recommend verizon to anyone. Especially the customer service reps. The staff at the Madison location did a fine job, but they still haven't refunded my $100 yet.
