    I went to this store, just looking to maybe upgrade. Decided to upgrade my phone and a second line for $10 for my mom. They completely did my purchase incomplete, tried to refund it and it got worse. I was there past closing time. The manager did try to get me several discounts and got with customer service to refund my money. This was the beginning of October. Moving forward I went back a week later and no refund posted to my checking account. They again talked with customer service and was told 10 business days. Well again went back to complain and customer service told me it wasn't 10 days yet. Now it's the last week of October and still no refund of $100 back in my account. Customer service sucks. I won't ever see this refund, but they got there monthly payment. I am strongly considering going to another provider and drop verizon for good. I would not recommend verizon to anyone. Especially the customer service reps. The staff at the Madison location did a fine job, but they still haven't refunded my $100 yet.

    I worked with Kalon Fields on 10/13/25 to set up my new phone and ensure all the photos, contacts, etc transferred from my old phone. He was awesome! I am not very tech savvy and find anything computer-related frustrating. Kalon was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and never once made me feel old and ignorant. It took a while (since my old phone was so old and nearly defunct) and Kalon never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and took any process hiccups in stride. He always found a way to get it done. This young man is the epitome of excellent customer service and made the entire encounter a pleasure. In fact, I'm pretty sure he made the sun shine brighter for the rest of my afternoon, too!

    I wen't into the store in Madison, TN today after being told by Verizon Support, they could put my screen protector on for just my (camera) which had popped off. I was asking clear and precise questions, to a woman named Laquanda (who seemed bothered by me asking the questions). After, I had no luck with her she walks over to another employee and I guess it was pretty hilarious in what I asked. I know this will do no good, because this store is horrible, it has always been that way since I purchased 2 phones at this location. It's sad that even today, keeping those employees spoils it for the rest of the employees.

    The guy I was working with was not very knowledgeable and wasn't sure on my watch. Very disappointed he left me sitting there several times. He brought out a watch that was not what I was wanting and then he stated that it was when I questioned him. I would have been upset.
