- HHHalley6 days ago5.0I went to this store with a question about why my bill went up $30. Emery F. helped us with the issue. She looked at our account and saw that we were on an old plan with expired discounts. She was able to get us on a new plan that was cheaper and upgraded our phones for no cost (with trade-in of our current phones). She even set up our new phones for us while we were at dinner and brought them to the restaurant next door. She really went above and beyond! After adding all of our discounts, our bill went down $60 and we got two new iPhone 17 Pros. She even texted us a week later to see how we were liking everything. We will definitely be back to visit Emery the next time we need anything!

- MWMeagan WilsonJun 29, 20252.0This is a Cellular Sales store. The girl that helped me didn’t seem too thrilled to be there (I get it. No one loves going to work). I have used this store so many times and she has to be the most unpleasant person that I have ever dealt with there. They charge $40 to help set your phone up, if you don’t buy it at the store that’s day. It doesn’t matter if you just dropped a ton of money on a new phone and accessories but whatever. Their excuse is call 611 and they can do it. I understand that their job is commission based but customer service should still be included. Corporate Verizon stores look better by the moment.
