I needed to find a dining room bench to go with our one-of-a-kind work bench turned kitchen table...not the easiest task. Lol. Ms. Laura informed me that they could MAKE ONE to my liking. Wha? They didn't have the exact one I had wanted in stock, so they made. it. from. scratch. Y'ALL. And she very generously gave me a discount because the other was out of stock? Free money is my favorite thing. To top everything off, Laura offered to identify the table wood and stain so the bench could match perfectly. LOTS of back-and-forth emails with pictures and videos and measurements. ALLLLL the measurements. Lol. This woman knows her stuff! I'm only sad she and her store are so far away from me. Lol, I think we'd be lifelong friends if we were in the same city. For now, I'll have to settle as lifelong client.
