- JJJKNov 30, 20251.0I have had and dealt with so many different times with this company and especially with this store but today was the kicker that is making me go to the point of posting a review this customer service representative/employee was very un reasonable and unwilling to assist me with this issue i have a 94 year old grandmother that has dementia and can barely stand with 100 percent of assistance i understand that thay want the actual policy person there and she was i was just requesting that the representative please walk yo the front door where my car was parked literally and had her ID to confirm that she was present other representative have done so in the past but tonight it had been raining but not when I was at the store but the lady wouldn't assist by taking a few steps to verify the name she was yo occupied by flirting with some other guy to do anything so I have to drive all the way home and get her wheelchair to get her out of the car so I can take her into the store for a whole 3 minutes maybe my grandmother was shaking like a leaf because of the nonsense she had to endure just to get a sim card but I won't continue on with other situations at this time just very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service today

Last month I tried to pay on the app and it said it took it but when I went to store to talk to them bc my phone got turned off, they said that payment didn’t count on my bill. I called customer service they said they couldn’t give it back and hung up on me. I disputed it through my card and I never received it. So my $45 dollar payment was just gone!!!! I have tried to talk to customer service 3 other times and they just keep hanging up on me. I am done with this company and I plan on continuing with a lawyer at this point. They have stolen $45 dollars! I am a single mother just trying to get by, and this is ridiculous for a huge company to take from people. Do better cricket!!! I’m a very unhappy customer and this will not go away!!
