- KDKasi DunnAug 12, 20251.0Do NOT get cricket if you don’t want to lose money! I still haven’t got my money back! It’s been a month. Last month I tried to pay on the app and it said it took it but when I went to store to talk to them bc my phone got turned off, they said that payment didn’t count on my bill. I called customer service they said they couldn’t give it back and hung up on me. I disputed it through my card and I never received it. So my $45 dollar payment was just gone!!!! I have tried to talk to customer service 3 other times and they just keep hanging up on me. I am done with this company and I plan on continuing with a lawyer at this point. They have stolen $45 dollars! I am a single mother just trying to get by, and this is ridiculous for a huge company to take from people. Do better cricket!!! I’m a very unhappy customer and this will not go away!!
