    As one other customer put it. I give them 1 star because there is not an option to give them 0 stars. Worst customer service ever this is the last time I will ever go to this store. The other 2 non Verizon Corp owned stores in Kingsport are the only way to go if you must be in person. Today I stopped into this store to switch my devices on my account a simple task, which I have done several times in the past. I was greeted by a Male Rep who was so arrogant and could not talk in complete sentences. He asked me what i wanted. I told him I wanted to swap devices on my account. He asked what my current device was, I stated, "an iPhone", his response was, "I know that!!!!! what model?" then he wouldn't take my word that both of my devices had ESIMS and he had to go to another rep to get a sim key. Then he said, "Come on" like I was a dog!!!!! this is where i was done with him. Once at a work station he opened my Samsung Fold and stuck it in front of me for the unlock code. never a word, no, Sir can you unlock the screen for me or anything. Then after approving them to have access to my account he saw where I have a payment arrangement on my account and he said, "I need a payment before I can do anything on your account", I told him, "the payment was made and is showing" and he said "I don't see that and I cant do anything." I then told him that I don't accept that as an answer to my request he called one of the managers over and spoke to him about me in a loud voice and in a very derogatory tone and then the manager said he was unable to do anything until the payment shows. I immediately left the store and got on a chat session with Verizon and they performed greatly, swapping my devices in record time. Again never will I go back to this store and in my personal opinion I think Verizon Corp needs to pay this store a visit and clean house and hire reps who want to be there and be of help to their customers.     I had an amazing experience with this Verizon location! I had been on the phone multiple hours with Verizon customer service. I had a lot of situations with my plan and devices, that needed correcting. Anthony, the manager, was so calm and helpful! He was successful in correcting all the problems! He was kind and made the experience enjoyable. Chris had helped me in the past and did a great job. David also helped me and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this Verizon location for a successful Verizon experience!

    So we pay $$ for phones, then we pay $$ for the plan, and then the store wants an extra $50 per phone to simply help you set them up?? Terrible customer service.

    Customer service in the east stone drive store is excellent!!! They were extremely helpful and understanding. My concerns were resolved quickly.

    I did not take photos. My mom and I have some negative experiences at sone of our local stores. I don’t want to go into that. I thought let’s get out of area and go to another store. My mom said yes. We ended up at the Kingsport TN store. The assistant manager Shannon, who’s been with Verizon for 17/19 years, walked up to us with a smile on his face. This store felt different, felt good, I can’t explain it. My mom was nervous about this for days. Another worker was dancing (so fun), one helped us and was wonderful. But Shannon, was a blessing to my family in more ways I could ever put into words. Thank you Shannon! I hope you are your employees see this!
