  Went to trade in our phones (husband and mine) for an even swap (old one for a new because phone would no longer access apps I needed because of age) I specifically told salesman I did not want to spend any money (I'm cheap lol) I was told not a problem there was a deal that worked out perfectly for us and would cost nothing. They didn't have phone in stock. They were ordered. Went in to exchange phones and I had a concern about transferring all my information and making sure that everything moved over. I was assured that I had time if I found something was missing I could come back in and fix the problem. When we were finishing the salesperson said let me total everything up for you IT WILL BE $401. I thought it was free. He said you got cases and screen protectors. I said you told me they were included. He said no I misunderstood him. I said then I don't want them you can take it back. He said he can't it was a liquid screen protector and it does come off. I was not happy. I stupidly paid. That following Monday I went back into store because I needed old phone to get access codes to use some apps on new phone. I was told salesperson was on vacation for 2 weeks and only he could get my phone. I specifically told that salesperson I would be back in to let him know the problem. He wrote a note and said he would leave it on him desk and that he would be talking to him in the meantime and would tell him. I went back in the store 2 weeks later when he got back from vacation and was told my phone was sent off to wherever. There was nothing they could do to help me. SO not only did I spend money I didn't want to I also was lied to now have NO access to very important apps and am still trying to figure out how to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
