Sam at Total took care of me and not only fixed the phone, recovered my texts but also helped me transfer all of it to my new phone and backed up the texts to a flash drive. He will never know what that meant to me, but I saw him interacting with his other customers with same kindness. This new shop is what Hendersonville needs, the kind of customer service I grew up with. I'll never go anywhere else for cellphone sales and service. Thank you Sam.
