    Most positive experience I have had at any Verizon store. Extremely helpful staff. I expressed my needs and concerns they were happy to help! Thank you!! I wish I caught names. Red headed woman and another gentleman with glasses.

    I have gone to Verizon wireless for years (since Alltel merged with them) and just recently had the best experience of my life there. Ask for Kenny and he'll take care of you. No pressure, he explains everything, and was super helpful. 10/10 and will be back there to see him again.

    Salesman was young , very dismissive, my phone was frozen but body was HOT to touch, he struggled w buttons to turn it off then back on. After he reset it gave it back saying there you go as if I was too dumb to have tried that already! It still wasn't working btw. Made several comments abt my viewing habits leaving burn in on the screen, finally saying it's just old & needed new phone. Rattled off a new model, changed my plan without ever looking at me, explaining the changes, showing me the only option he gave me! After I asked can I see the new model he points to the wall of displays saying that's the best offer you're gonna get. Saying nothing abt the difference in models vs screen size, camera, nothing. Told me it'd be 5-7 days before new phone came in then said it'll be $170 w no explanation of what those charges were even for! Greenville TN location SUCKS! AFTER BEING A VERIZON CUSTOMER OVER 30 YRS IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SWITCHING TO PAY AS YOU GO SERVICE. DONT GO EXPECTING ANY REAL HELP.

    I have had a time but every time I have an issue Keya Collins goes above and beyond! Her customer service, knowledge, and patience, and kindness exceeds everything! If I go and she is not there I will come back because I know she will do everything that is best for me! I cannot praise her enough so go and see Keya she is the best!! Thanks Keya you kill it every time!
