Came in for home internet and picked up my modem. Took it home but service would not work. Came back and worked with the same guy who ran my credit 4 times and get doing several applications to get my service “ unstuck “? He added it off to Kenny Lenard after several tries and he fixed the problem easily!!! Thanks Kenny for your fast, friendly, knowledgeable service.

I had a horrible experience at the Verizon store and ended up driving to the nearest ATT store in Cool Springs and made the switch while there. I have been with Verizon for 22 years and could not believe how bad I was treated but I will not tolerate it. Customer Service and living up to the deals that are marketed should be a priority.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Verizon is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Hours on the phone and chat only to come into the store and wait forever to get nothing resolved.

I lost internet they added a second line saying that was the only way to get internet back. They said I wouldn't pay anything extra. My bill had more than doubled just bc I asked for internet interruption to be restored. It took me 2 months to get in resolved, maybe it's resolved, I'll see next bill. The absolute worst customer service of any utility I've ever used. I do not recommend Verizon. Please do reply with your fake auto crap.

It was an EXCELLENT customer service experience with Kyle and Glen. Both were super helpful and it took a while to get everything up to speed. My friend who needed the help is elderly and was confused about a set up process. Despite it not being part of their regular duties they took the time to get my friend set up and did so with respect, care and kindness. Thank you both Kyle and Glen for the time and expertise it took to get my friend’s phone up and running. Merry Christmas! I am so very grateful!
