There are 100 things I’d rather do on my Friday than go to a phone store, switch services, upgrade phones, etc. We came in right at lunch hour and it was busy. The staff was very attentive, juggled dealing with multiple clients all needing different things and we never felt like an afterthought. Hunter was absolutely amazing. Respectful, very competent, knowledgeable, funny, and spent hours helping us until everything was done and done correctly. He was the glue that held everything together today and I’m very thankful for him. I was previously with AT&T and I never received in store service like I received today from Hunter.

Been dealing with Customer disservice since Oct, instead of correcting my bill like they said, each time I call they increase my bill and add late fees bc they have given me the wrong balance. Absolutely the wirst customer service bc they cause ALL THE PROBLEMS. DO NIT USE VERIZON!!!!!!
