The two associates were texting each other back and forth and wanting to “swap” even though the other guy was in the middle of a sale with another woman. Her reason was “I’ll text you” like it was some dirty little secret. Got the feeling they didn’t want to help me specifically even though all I wanted was to upgrade my phone. Was filling out the paperwork and they were texting each other and smirking at each other. Then when he left to go get my new phone, they left together and were gone for a while. I decided to take my business to an actual Verizon store. I waited for them to come back so I could tell them I’d changed my mind and was met with an “Alrighty 🙄” Will never be coming back here again. And I urge you to not bother either.
