We have to pay over 400$ off for each phone that was FREE! The rude behavior from these sales people is abhorrent. They will say ANYTHING and leave everything out to get you trapped into a plan. Its not just the plan you're trapped in. Its all the extra charges they dont tell you about. We have 3 phones and are stuck paying 300 dollars for 3 years. I hope them 3 years were worth it because we are gone after they're up.

I went in to help my 87-year-old grandmother with a phone issue, and the employee assisting us seemed more focused on chewing gum than helping. He told me the problem was “above his pay grade” and that I needed to call customer service instead. I refused to leave until the issue was resolved — which I ultimately had to do myself. When the manager was asked to assist, I was told he didn’t know how to help either, even though he was just sitting on the bench playing on his phone. I deeply regret switching my grandmother’s service to Verizon. Absolutely the worst decision I’ve made.
