I first met him bringing my mom in to introduce her to her first smart phone and he got her tech-world ready and then yesterday had his assistance along with a coworker in activating my new device and couldn't have asked for a better experience each time. This was after I called another store and was told they couldn't help me so it was that much more appreciated. Working in the customer service industry I have learned the difference between people who come to work and people who work to serve and he is definitely the latter and the entire store reflects it. No doubt 5 stars!
