One of the employees (older woman) was shockingly rude and abrasive, despite me being nothing but polite and respectful. The interaction was so unpleasant that I chose to walk out rather than continue being treated that way. No customer should have to deal with that kind of behavior. If respectful service matters to you, I strongly recommend going to a different location. Kindness costs nothing, but it clearly isn’t valued here.

I guess that was just way too much for her to handle. After a heavy eye roll, She loudly proclaimed that we needed to call customer service (uh, we did that’s why we are here? to return the phone) then proceeds to act like a bad teacher of an unruly classroom and holds her hand in my face to silence me as she spits everywhere smacking on the biggest wad of gum I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing.
