She was very professional and so knowledgeable with everything.I was due for an upgrade and she selected the best plan and nice phone. She also retrieved all my information that need from my old phone to the new one. I have never been so grateful as I was to her for helping me with the Best attitude and beautiful personality. When we purchased our new phones we were told it comes with a tablet and they recommend the S10+ and that it would be an additional $10 with service being $15 but our total bill would still be about $200 for 2 phone lines & a tablet (which is what we could afford). Fast forward 2 months and our bill is coming out to $240 far more then we expected. We went back to the shop - clearly a mistake was on the tablet since its costing us more like $60 a month alone. Basically got told sorry we can't really do anything and to call their customer service line which I do and basically got a big slap in the face and this where I find out this tablet wasn't even part of that promotion! Which explains the associates face when we went back in the second time. I went back to store for a 3rd time ask to return the tablet and they told since it had been more then 30days that we wouldn't do that. I would have never gotten this tablet if it wasn't for the promotion!!! Also as a 1st responder family and verizon customers for 9 years this has been heartbreaking. We have had to start looking at other phone providers and selling the tablet since again the $240 is $40 too much we just want our bill to be what we were promised. Also each time we were at the store or on the phone it look a min of 45mins.
