Absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, and just all around wonderful human being. I was working with an elderly client that was having issues with her phone that I couldn’t figure out. We swung by. He remembered her from a previous visit. Spent all the time she needed (quite a bit of it) to talk with her. He and I troubleshooted the issue, he identified the issue. Corrected it. Then walked everyone through what he did, so if it happened again she could solve it ( realistically, so I could solve it) and once completed, chit chatted to my elderly clients heart was content. Keep in mind these are sales associates and imagine are paid on some sort of commission scale. He spent at least an hour with her with. Showed no annoyance when other customers came in and he got passed up and they were assisted by other sales associates. Made zero money off my client, and still offered world class customer service. I personally don’t have Verizon (AT&T). But if I made the switch, this is the location and individual I will use and only use. Mikel Southerland at the Verizon store located at 1748 Dayton Blvd Ste 120, Chattanooga, TN 37405 I hereby nominate for Verizon employee of the year.
