Not only was there a lack of care and attention to my needs, but the staff also seemed to engage in scam like behavior. When they couldn’t determine the correct trade-in value or process for my phone, they tried to push unnecessary internet services on me, which felt like a blatant disregard for my needs as a customer. I asked how did this relate to my phone issue and the sales rep said it didn’t and proceeded to keep pushing the internet sale by saying you can get a “Nintendo switch for free” and I said I’m not a gamer and he kept pressing and told me I could resell it. While the issue with my phone and reason why I came in remained unclear and unresolved. Overall, the experience was frustrating and very disappointing.
