    Micah was extraordinary to say the least!! My phone screen was completely unresponsive and he kept trying until he was able to transfer all of my data to my new phone without unlocking my old one. It was almost closing time and he had a line of customers. He kept his cool and was polite and responsive to everyone in that store.

    Went here to get a new phone and arrived at 9:04 AM. The door was still locked, so I called the number listed on the Google page, and the man that answered said that the opener is there and probably just getting the store ready. I waited until 9:30 AM and no one ever showed up or unlocked the door, so went to a different Verizon.
