I received notification that the phone shipped on October 14 and was received at the store on October 16. No one called me to let me know my order was in so I showed up at the store on October 23. The gentleman said he could not find my order in the store and it was very “weird.” Come to find out the Bristol Tennessee store SOLD MY PHONE to another customer on October 17. Very shady. Very unprofessional. Not a very good experience for a new Verizon customer
