The last two times I went there I was working through some issues with my plan configuration.trying to streamline and reduced cost. Customizing a plan to meet my specific needs is not easy. I have three cell phones and two hotspots/jetpacks. You really have to know the system and how it works. I don’t! Lucky for me, one of the agents Jessica was there. Whom I’ve consulted with before. She has a wealth of knowledge and knows how the plans work like to back for hand. By the time we got finished, she had my plan all ironed out and perfect. I really appreciate Jessica doing such a great job. She sure made my life easier today.

Garrison Ferren took care of our Cell phone order and requests after the original representative we were working with never showed up to meet with us for upgrades on our phones. Garrison Ferren was exceptional about keeping us updated as to when our order would arrive; why there was a time delay in the process; answered all of our questions; was very informative and knowledgable; and made sure that we, The Customer, was satisfied with Verizon service and its products. Mr. Ferren truly provided great service and information. He actually interacted as a person who cared. If you go to Bellevue Verizon on Highway 70-S be sure you find out what day Garrison is working at that location. He is worth your wait. Wish Verizon would employee more people like him ---those who feel that their CUSTOMERS are more important than UPSELLING the Verizon products.

The employee basically said he couldn't help me and that I had to go to another store, which was fine except after he said it, he just walked away, leaving me with questions he had no time to answer. Another customer was sitting there, frustrated because they weren't helping her with issues either. If this store is going to work with different companies, they should be better trained and actually care about the customer, and not just the bottom line. I'll NEVER use this store for anything, even if I have to drive farther.
