I understand that policies change but there is still a thing called customer service and instead of rudely saying you can’t help and walking away while I’m talking to you to shove a phone number at me they could have been more helpful and less rude with providing me with the information they had.

- SDSkylar D.Nov 30, 20251.0My wife and I visited the store in Athens Tennessee on 11/30/25 at approximately 3:30 P.M. to make a rather large purchase and was treated with complete disrespect to the point I turned and exited before the door even had time to close behind me from entering. I pulled into a parking spot that was directly in front of the store. I shut my car off and exited, I then entered the building. I was abruptly & very rudely greeted by a man in a white collared “polo” style shirt with red stripes on the sides he had a beard and no hair up top. He barked about my headlights saying “COULD YOU TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS” as I explained they were automatic and they would tune off in a few seconds he LOUDLY SCOFFED back explaining “GOOD THEYRE KILLING ME”. I turned and left as I will NOT take disrespect from anyone at a place I was planning to do business with. Athens, TN please get a handle on your store associates as I for one will never do business here again, I also would like to add I have been using this specific location for 10+ years. Treating customers with disrespect is blatantly ridiculous.

Drops calls.and no service in places my android always had service. Why make new phones that are crap compared to older phones. That is not good business practice
