- LALacey AndersonOct 10, 20251.0I had issues with my unit door and could not get the item out for over two months ! When we called a month after no communication the spring for the door was not even ordered based on the person in the background. They moved us to a smaller unit a week later, on there time. We had two other storage units at a different location with them that we didn’t have problems until we went up there and the gate was broke no notification from the company that the door was wide open and not secure like there website says. There a good storage unit if you have no problems but when you have issues is when the problems come! I have had them for three years and would never recommend them to anyone for the reason above and when I called to cancel because were 9 days into the month they charged another month. However I Waited over two months to get my car out of a unit because they couldn’t fix the door and they expect grace and understanding however they do not give any.
