He took the time to provide me options of what we could try and if it didn't work, checked to see what we could to get me a different phone. He real took the time to help, listen and find a solution! There was no professionalism, no customer service. Before I left I asked for the store managers name so I could call in and let them know of this experience in which the representative became even ruder but did give me the name after she said it for the second time very slowly. I went to the other store in Rushmore Crossing and received great service. My issues handled in less then 20 minutes. I would strongly encourage management of this store to do some customer service and professionalism training.

I already have Verizon Internet so thought I'd set it up to get a discount for having multiple devices. The greeter at the door was not very friendly. He was very disrespectful telling me essentially to shut up. I can switch to many numerous other providers and I can switch my Internet and pay for the early termination fees but I won't be disrespected and over talked. I handled it horribly and I got pretty verbally loud. That was my fault..I'll never come here again, I'm filing a complaint with the corporate office and I'll switch to a provider who is more customer friendly. It seems this same guy was rated a 1 star for having the exact same issues as I had today. Great job Derek!!!

When I tried to explain the situation, the representative cut me off and basically said he had heard everything and didn’t let me elaborate. After that, he got into my account and started trying to pitch to me their internet plan, when I went in trying to save money… plus my issue was not resolved, so needless to say, I am very disappointed with my experience today
